چکیده

The stability related issues may occur in a power system due to disturbances generating or loading conditions, especially the presence of distributed generation (DG) based on renewable energy resources (RERs). This paper proposes novel strategy for enhancement wind (WPGS) by using combination three devices, namely, stabilizer (PSS), resistive superconductor fault current limiter (R-SFCL) and static synchronous compensator (STATCOM). small signal (SS) test is enhanced selecting best PSS type from different types PSS. An R-SFCL used improving rotor angle frequency system. Two indices, transient index sum maximum deviations (SMD) are introduced determining optimal locations sized R-SFCLs increasing stability. sensitivity (SI) change between areas applied enhancing Along with stability, LVRT capability improvement farm STATCOM also considered. Finally, combined effect locations, investigated location an STATCOM. results presented show that affects both number feasible can be selected augmenting during faults. Moreover, it pointed out sizes exists enhance overall under conditions.
